That time I became famous by association

Good morning!

How are you today?

 Have you ever met someone and instantly thought

"We're so going to become best friends".

Then you never see them again, well not in person anyways, but your friendship continues.

Yeah that happened today.

M and I were checking out our rehearsal dinner/wedding suite venue yesterday

and

We were in the lobby waiting for the Wedding Coordinator to come down.

Minding our own business

Casually eyeing the free wine hour being enjoyed by hotel guests.

Hello Two drinks for $1, I see you.

Then

All of the sudden

Two members of the Miami Heat come around the corner and stand right by us.

This explained the roped off corner outside the hotel full of weirdos in jerseys.

I smiled at James Jones (Ex-Blazer) and Mike Miller, duh.

I may be off the market but I'm not above smiling at people.

Especially when they are in the NBA.

Then a few seconds later two more players come around the corner.

Yep Dwyane Wade (not ugly) and Mario Chalmers

Umm hello hottie.

So the six of us are just hanging out in the lobby, M and I were eyeing each other like

We should say Hi

No lets leave them alone

No lets say Hi

So we said Hi, and basically became best friends.

I mean besides the fact that they will be losing tomorrow to our Blazers, it was a pleasure.

They're definitely invited to the wedding, and I'm pretty sure we'll be invited to Miami.
